About the sample process.

Is there a charge for samples?
Sample terms may vary depending on the selected products, quantity requested and delivery destination. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will share product, pricing and delivery information with you.
Can I request samples for personal use?
Our sample service is primarily intended for HoReCa businesses, industry professionals, dealers and project enquiries. Requests for personal use are assessed separately according to their scope.
Which collections can I request samples from?
You can request samples from ID Fine, Roots and 1972 collections. Sample suitability and stock availability are checked when your request is reviewed, and alternatives may be suggested where appropriate.
Can I request a sample with a logo or custom design?
Logo and custom-design applications are assessed according to the scope of the project, the proposed technique and the order quantity. Sample production may be planned following technical review and design approval.
Do I need to return the samples?
Return terms may vary depending on the scope of the sample request. Where a return is required, the process and delivery details will be shared before the samples are approved.
Do you send samples internationally?
International sample requests are assessed according to the destination, delivery terms and the sales structure in the relevant market. The process may be managed through the local distributor or our export team.
